The Anniversary Beneficiary

For its corporate shared responsibility (CSR) outreach in its 15th anniversary, TOG Integrated chose to share its blessings to the underprivileged villagers of Pulong Singkamas, Nueva Ecija. On December 1, 2018, the beneficiaries were treated to a fun-filled day of activities, giveaways, and special appearances through “Got-TOG-give”.

Lead by TOG Integrated’s President & CEO, Rod Vejerano, and the head of the Project Management Division, Brix Capulong, the annual outreach program was in line with the core of the integrated activations agency’s history. The company retraced its humble roots of giving back to the community and remembering to share its blessings.

The outreach program was even open to former employees, people who have also contributed to TOG Integrated’s current success.

The CSR activities were opened with a heartfelt talk by Ms. Sheilla Vejerano, TOG Integrated’s co-founder and Vice President for Administration, Human Capital, and Finance. She spoke earnestly about the outpouring of support for the activities.

The activities included stage games, bingo sessions, mini raffles, group dancing, community singing, a packed-lunch feast, and tons of photo opportunities. These memorable and photographable moments were all uploaded onto the www.tog.com.ph website and on social media using #Got-TOG-ive and #tatakTOG.

To their apparent and unforgettable delight, the villagers received token prizes, toys, school supplies, karaoke sessions, dance demonstrations, bags of groceries, and favorite snacks and drinks.

One of the highlights of the outreach program involved the special participation of a media personality who hardly ever fails to bring a smile to the faces of the young and young at heart, a pop culture icon who goes by the name of Jollibee. Apparently some of the village children and even the adults had never been inside the fast-food restaurant or seen its namesake mascot, and they welcomed Jollibee with open arms.

The CSR outreach  became an experience truly worthy of memory, especially for the indigent folk of Pulong Singkamas. Some of whom had experienced the sights, sounds, and tastes of the CSR event for the first but not the last time. TOG Integrated is committed to making the altruistic effort an annual celebration.
