TOG fulfills BOSH Training

Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training’s objective is to protect every workingman against the dangers of injury, sickness or death through safe and healthful working conditions. It is also a prevention of loss or damage to lives and properties of the company.

The main reason why we discuss BOSH to every employee because it prevents them from any form of accident that may cause harm for themselves and to company where they work from. In an organization accident means an unplanned or unexpected occurrence that may or may not result to personal injury, property damage, work stoppage, or any combination, which arises out of and in the course of employment. Some of the reasons were as follows: work is performed incorrectly; workers used hazardous materials; work is done under hazardous conditions. Studies also revealed that 85 – 95% of all accidents are caused by human error.

To prevent such accidents every employee is required to undergo training before they start their employment. The training will teach them some tips on how to prevent accidents. For example, training on proper tool/equipment handling, following safety standards of the company, ergonomics safety, and emergency preparedness.

Thus, Department of Labor is requiring every company to train every employee on Basic Occupational Safety and Health to prevent any damage or loss of individual or company.

TOG fulfill the BOSH Training and will soon set another one for newly hired employees.
