Barangay Kagawad Gina Ubiña personally handed a resolution last May 16 from the Barangay Council of Barangay Lipata, Municipality of Culasi, Antique. During the Regular Session of the Barangay Council held last January 5, 2014, Hon. Fedy Sejera, Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, approved to adopt Resolution No. 04 Series of 2014. This is to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Team OnGround Inc. for coming together to help rebuild Barangay Lipata recuperate.
The livelihood program (10 bancas) will surely help the community provide jobs to individuals who can earn and live after the devastation. There surely is HOPE if we come together and extend our helping hands to those who need them; a simple act that can create ripples of change unto the lives of people.
